Consists of one list of all codes listed in alphabetical order. The three-letter codes are found at the end of the two-letter codes. Four-letter codes follow the three-letter codes.

Consists of one list of all codes listed in numerical order.
This list provides the translations of P/G group designations to NMDP multiple allele code designations (MACDs) for a specific IMGT/HLA database version. The allele string corresponding to each NMDP MACDs is listed when there are multiple alleles in the MACD that differ at the protein level.
Encode MAC
Encode - assigns a new MAC if one has not been assigned.
Lookup - does not assign a new MAC.
Nothing has been entered. Please enter a CAL and (or) GL string.
Example CAL: DRB1*13:02/13:36/13:67/13:96/13:109
Example GL String: HLA-DRB5*01:01/HLA-DRB5*02:02/HLA-DRB5*02:04
Decode MAC
Decode -
Shows the list for a MAC(s) at a locus and allele-family.
(This feature does not test allele validity)
Expand -
Shows all possible alleles that are inferred by the MAC(s).
(This feature shows tests for allele validity)
Nothing has been entered. Please enter a MAC or MAC Designation.
Example MAC: YETY
Example MAC Designation: B*08:YETY
Example MAC Designations: B*08:YETY, C*01:BJZ
Identify MACD's G-Group
Submit - returns G-group name(s) that the Mac Designation(s) is a part of.
Nothing has been entered. Please enter MAC Designation(s).
Example MAC Designation: B*08:YETY
Example MAC Designations: B*08:YETY, C*01:BJZ
